I am hypermobile and have an impingement in both my hips; Feldenkrais has given me the confidence to move my body again without pain. The aim is not to push your body too far but to listen to it, acknowledge the feeling, and make small movements to readjust how you move. After two weeks I have noticed I’m not taking as many painkillers and I’m not getting the pains when I walk...movement is easier and I feel more confident moving my body

WORKSHOPS & RETREATS

While a weekly Awareness Through Movement (Feldenkrais) class is great - and the best way to build up a regular practice and to start to really feel the benefits - it can be a real treat to spend a morning, an afternoon, or maybe sometimes even a whole day, immersing yourself in a range of Feldenkrais practices. Workshops are usually designed with a particular theme in mind, and I make sure to allow lots of time for sharing cups of tea, slices of cake and all of our reflections and questions. I keep learning from you all!

UPCOMING WORKSHOPS

Sunday Morning Feldenkrais Workshops will resume in September/October 2026
